This license governs the use of artwork associated with NFTs issued by TMMD NFT.
Ownership of an NFT grants ownership of the corresponding blockchain token and a personal license to display the associated artwork.
The NFT owner may create up to five (5) physical prints of the artwork for personal, non-commercial use only.
The NFT owner may publicly exhibit the artwork in both private and public venues, including:
The NFT owner may charge admission fees, exhibition fees, or other reasonable fees associated with such exhibitions, provided the artwork is displayed in its original form and is not used as part of any unauthorized commercial exploitation.
All copyrights, intellectual property rights, commercial exploitation rights, merchandising rights, licensing rights, adaptation rights, derivative work rights, trademark rights, character rights, and all other proprietary rights remain exclusively owned by TMMD NFT.
Any commercial use of the artwork requires prior written authorization from TMMD NFT, including but not limited to:
Personal Use means private enjoyment of the artwork in personal, residential, or family environments without generating profit from the artwork itself.
Public Exhibition includes physical and digital exhibition environments but does not authorize the sale of reproductions, copies, merchandise, derivative products, or indirect commercial exploitation of the artwork itself.
TMMD NFT reserves the right to revoke this license in the event of a material breach of its terms and conditions.
Revocation of the license does not affect ownership of the blockchain token itself but terminates all rights granted under this license.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by TMMD NFT.
