Register to receive a ZIP with sample images, mandalas, clock samples and PDFs for printing by email.
If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Open an image in the catalog, select Buy and check the license, download size and amount before paying. You are purchasing a digital file: a physical print, frame, clock and home delivery are not included.
Once payment is confirmed, the confirmation page provides access to the download and an email is sent to the address supplied by PayPal. Keep that email and your payment receipt. Download the ZIP, extract its files and keep a copy on your device: the link expires and has a download limit.
Yes, within the uses allowed by your purchased license. The selected size is the width in pixels; height is calculated proportionally. A portrait or panoramic image does not automatically become square. Smaller sizes are usually suitable for screen use; for printing, confirm the final dimensions with your print provider first.
At 300 DPI, a width of 3000 pixels is approximately 25.4 cm (10 inches); 6000 is 50.8 cm (20 inches); and 9000 is 76.2 cm (30 inches). Centimeters = pixels × 2.54 ÷ DPI. Choose from the sizes available for your license. Enlarging a file does not guarantee additional real detail; results also depend on the original, paper, printer and viewing distance.
The current standard, commercial and commercial clock packages include the image, a print PDF, a text file containing the license and a README with instructions. The image and PDF match your purchased option and size; a clock purchase delivers its clock design, rather than every version of the artwork.
A Collection purchase has two separate ZIP downloads: all included images and their matching print PDFs, at 3000 px wide with proportional height. Each ZIP has its own download allowance. The saved list is fixed at purchase and does not include later additions to the category.
Extract the ZIP before opening its contents. Keep the license with the image as a reference for authorized use. An earlier purchase or an exclusive agreement may have a different package based on what was offered or agreed at the time. If an expected file is missing, contact support with your purchase reference and the file name.
The standard license permits personal decoration, wallpapers, printing for your own use and private display. For example, you may print an image for your home; it does not authorize making items for sale or commercial use.
The Collection option also grants commercial use for every included image, under the current commercial license terms, with one total category price. It is not an exclusive license.
The commercial license permits the commercial uses covered by its terms, such as printed decoration, advertising or products, when your purchased license level authorizes them. Before selling shirts, mugs or other items, read the included license and the Commercial license page. A higher resolution or an included PDF does not automatically change your usage rights: those depend on the license purchased.
A standard or commercial purchase does not permit reselling the image as a standalone download, publicly sharing it, sublicensing it, offering it as stock content or minting it as an NFT. Selling a product allowed under a commercial license is different from selling or giving away the original digital file.
If you need exclusivity, withdrawal from future sales, a rights assignment or a use absent from the license, contact us before buying through the exclusive license option or at sales@tmmdart.com. Do not assume a commercial purchase grants exclusivity or lets you claim authorship. The scope of any special agreement must be established in writing.
Look for an image marked Clock and select Commercial clock background during checkout. This option appears when the matching design is available. A regular standard or commercial image purchase does not automatically include the clock background. No mechanism, hands or physical materials are supplied.
The clock ZIP includes its original image, PDF and commercial clock license. The PDF has a 30 × 30 cm page for a design intended for a clock measuring 30 cm in diameter. Print at Actual size or 100%, with Fit to page disabled. Before producing several units, confirm dimensions, cutting and assembly with your manufacturer and make a test print.
Current standard, commercial and clock purchase PDFs open without a password. You do not need to wait for a second email containing a key. An image name or code shown in an earlier purchase is not necessarily a PDF password.
The PDF makes it easier to supply your purchased artwork to a print provider. It does not turn the image into vector artwork or allow unlimited enlargement without loss of quality. Keep the image file from the ZIP as well and check its dimensions. If your printer requires a different format or size, confirm that before printing.
Extract the ZIP and provide the purchased PDF or image, according to your printer's requirements; avoid using a screenshot or catalog thumbnail. Specify the final dimensions and whether you need the entire composition preserved or accept cropping. Keep the aspect ratio to avoid distorting people, circles or other elements.
Ask whether bleed, margins, a color profile or a particular PDF standard is required. The downloaded PDF does not automatically guarantee all those specifications. Colors can vary between your screen, paper, inks and materials. For an important job or commercial production, approve a test print first; for clocks, also check the 100% scale.
TMMD ART offers images generated and/or curated using artificial intelligence. Catalog previews are prepared to display and protect the artwork; a compressed thumbnail cannot show the complete print file quality. Check the composition and details important to your project before buying.
Purchase downloads are prepared from the corresponding original image, without the watermark added to catalog previews. A signature integrated into the original artwork may remain part of its design. If you need to confirm a particular detail, aspect ratio or signature, ask support before payment.
When PayPal offers guest checkout, you can use a card without signing in to a PayPal account. Availability depends on its checks and the purchase; it is not guaranteed for every buyer. If this option is absent, follow the alternatives PayPal displays.
Enter payment details only in PayPal's payment form and check the amount before confirming. TMMD ART does not store your complete card number or security code. To receive the download link, also check the email address supplied during payment.
Read PayPal's message and check the card expiry date and billing details. A decline may require a security check or action by your bank; if it continues, contact your card issuer or use another payment method available in PayPal.
If the payment window fails to load, try an updated browser or a private window, allowing the necessary PayPal resources. Another browser may resolve a session problem, but cannot guarantee card approval. Before paying again, check whether a charge was already confirmed. You can send support the error message and purchase reference; do not send your complete card number or security code.
Check Spam, Junk, Promotions and All mail first. Search for TMMD ART or tmmdart.com and make sure you are checking the address used for registration or supplied by PayPal during purchase. If the message is in spam, mark it as Not spam and add the sender to your contacts.
If your paid purchase confirmation page is still open, you can download there without waiting for the email. If the message remains missing, contact support@tmmdart.com with the approximate date, email used and payment reference where applicable. You do not need another purchase to request help or an email resend.
Do not repeat a purchase simply to fix a download. Keep your receipt and note the error message. Try the complete link in your newest email or the button on your confirmation page; large downloads can take time to prepare. Avoid clicking repeatedly while processing continues.
If you see Page not found, an expiry notice, a limit notice or another error, contact support with your payment reference, purchased image, email used and exact message. Support can check the order and, where appropriate, resend or renew access. A resend creates a new email: a link written in an older email does not update automatically.
Purchase links are personal and have an expiry period and maximum download count set by the service. They are not permanent backups or permission to share access. Download your package when you receive it, then keep local and backup copies of the files you may retain under your license.
Link expiry does not delete a ZIP already saved on your device. If access expires, you reach the limit or lose your copy, contact support with your receipt so another access can be considered. Do not publish the link or forward it to other people: it contains your private access and they could use it.
Yes, you can open the email and download using a compatible mobile browser. Use a stable connection and check available storage: higher-resolution images need more space and may be difficult to open on devices with limited memory.
Find the ZIP in Downloads or your device's file manager and use Extract or Uncompress if available. Open the PDF in a viewer and the image in a compatible app. If your phone cannot extract or handle the file, transfer the ZIP to a computer. Save the download before editing it, and give your printer the extracted file rather than a screenshot.
Complete the sample form with your name and an accessible email address, finish the security verification and submit the request. You will receive a link to tmmdart_samples.zip. Check spam if you cannot find the message.
The pack contains sample images, mandalas, clock designs and print PDFs so you can explore the file types and test opening them. It is not a download of the entire catalog and does not replace purchasing a commercial license for a particular artwork. The news and offers checkbox is optional: you can request samples without selecting it.
After a confirmed purchase, use Leave a review on the confirmation page or the review link in your email when included. Select your rating, check the public display name and describe your experience with the image, download or print. Access belongs to a verified purchase; keep it private.
Saving a review places it in a review queue before it appears publicly in Reviews. Saving does not automatically publish it. Editing a review sends it for review again. Do not include an email address, phone number, card details or your private download link in the comment or public name.
Yes, if the purchase can be verified. Check its confirmation page or email and use your personal review invitation if available. Expiry of a download link does not necessarily mean review access has expired.
If your old email has no invitation or you no longer have the confirmation, contact support with the email used, date and reference from your PayPal receipt. Support can locate the order and help you recover the appropriate access. Do not replace the link with an arbitrary transaction number: a payment reference and an order reference can be different.
We keep details needed to identify the order, confirm payment, deliver files and assist with issues. Your email and name come from information supplied during payment. When PayPal provides the relevant fields, first name, surname, country and telephone may also be recorded separately; a number is identified as mobile only when the provider labels it that way. Complete card numbers and security codes are not stored.
Buying or requesting samples does not automatically subscribe you to advertising. The news and offers checkbox is optional. If selected, that preference is recorded; you can withdraw it through the email preferences link when applicable. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary messages about your purchases. Read the Privacy Policy for more information.
Before paying, check the artwork, license and selected size. The published policy for these digital products makes sales final once the file has been delivered, downloaded, accessed or made available, subject to applicable mandatory rights. Read the Terms and the relevant license before purchasing.
For a technical issue, email support@tmmdart.com with your purchase email, date, PayPal reference, image title and error message. Include a screenshot if helpful, hiding sensitive financial information and private links. Support will check delivery and options for resolving the issue; a missing email or a broken link does not mean you must pay again.
